Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging at kalingahandicraftonline@gmail.com.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact for eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, design, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return Process
Contact our customer care team at kalingahandicraftonline@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- if the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 2 days with unboxing video
Share photographs/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be initiated credit to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us at kalingahandicraftonline@gmail.com
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Missing Items During Shipping
If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
For missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
